This Privacy Policy explains how Dazlight (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Shiftwise: Shift Sleep Planner mobile application (the “App”).
Shiftwise is built to keep your data on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers inside the App.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This information is stored locally on your Device. We do not operate an account system that uploads this content to Dazlight servers as part of normal App use.
If you uninstall the App, clear App data, or reset your Device, this information may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for any backups you choose to make.
In normal use, Shiftwise does not collect:
If you enable reminders or notifications, your Device’s operating system may deliver them locally based on settings you choose in the App. We do not need a Dazlight account for that.
Your Device’s operating system or app store platform may, in some cases, send anonymous crash or diagnostic reports. We may use such reports only to fix bugs and improve stability. They are not used to identify you for marketing.
If you email us or use a support form on our website, we will receive the information you send (for example your email address and message) so we can respond. We keep that correspondence only as needed to help you and run our support.
On-device App data is used by the App on your Device to provide sleep and shift planning features you request.
Support messages are used only to respond to you and improve support quality.
Crash/diagnostic reports, if available to us, are used only for maintenance and bug fixing.
We do not use App content for advertising, and we do not sell Personal Data.
We do not share your on-device Shiftwise schedules or sleep plan with advertisers or data brokers.

App distribution platforms (such as Google Play) have their own privacy practices for store accounts, downloads, and reviews. Those are controlled by the platform, not by Shiftwise’s in-app data storage.
Information stored in the App remains on your Device until you delete it, clear App data, or uninstall the App.
Support emails or form submissions we receive are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet basic operational or legal needs, then deleted or minimized when no longer required.
Because Shiftwise keeps your App content on your Device, that content is not transferred by us to other countries as part of normal App use.
If you contact us, your message may be processed where we operate (including Ukraine) or where our email/support tools are hosted. We take reasonable steps to handle that information securely.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain Personal Data we hold about you (typically support correspondence), and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@dazlight.com.
We may need to verify your request and may decline requests where the law allows (for example if we do not hold the data, or retention is legally required).
We design Shiftwise so sensitive planning data stays on your Device. No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure. Protect your Device with a passcode or biometrics and keep your system updated.
The App is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data to us through support channels, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
The App or our website may link to third-party sites or stores (for example Google Play). Their privacy practices are their own. We recommend reading their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Where required, we may provide additional notice.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
